Place exceeded my expectations. Beautifully decorated, cozy, quiet, private entrance to the beach and conveniently located. Shops and restaurants are 1-10 minutes away on foot. Highly recommended and can't wait to return.

I frequent Europa and some rooms are hit and miss. This one was pretty good. Clean, working a/c and great location. It's on the second floor with a nice view. You get what you pay for and more.

This condo is just as described. The location is ideal; very secure and just a 1-2 minute walk to the beach with private access for those staying at the Ocean Dream complex. The grounds are very well maintained and pool is cleaned daily. Great value for a great studio apartment! Would stay again 100%.

we can definitely recommend Nick's place. it is close to restaurants, shop's, late night liquor shop, beach, etc...
The place was clean, safe and had everything we needed for our stay.

Restaurants are in walking distance either by beach or the road.
Very clean, Excellent check in and the location was great! Would stay again.

Nick is a Superhost for a reason! This place was great. It had everything we needed. Great amenities, very clean, easy check in, great pool area, easy beach access, etc.
