The place is exactly as described. Nick was very responsive and the team working the grounds were kind and supportive. If you don’t have a vehicle, it is very walkable.

Had a real nice time at Nick’s unit in Sosua. It’s right on the beach! Repeat… not ‘near’ the beach, not a block or two from the beach etc. You walk outside and down the steps and you’re ON the beach! Walkable to everything in Sosua town. Nice and secure and nice grounds. Both bedrooms were very large (main bedroom has a king bed). Winner!

Running water Shut down couple time but other than that Nick very respond , is fantastic and such a delight place Communicates well, everything clean.
